Grownt Global LLC

An American company with a Latin accent.

Grownt Global LLC is the Grownt group's international entity, incorporated in Florida to run executive programs, expansion and capital work between Latin America and the United States.

The origin

We come from a firm that executes

Grownt started in Brazil solving an unglamorous and very expensive problem: companies that invest in research, development and innovation and fail to capture the funding mechanisms they are entitled to use. From there came the M&A and digital transformation practices, and from sitting with boards and executive committees came a realisation: the bottleneck is rarely technical. It is a decision bottleneck.

Grownt Academy was created to attack that bottleneck. And Grownt Global exists because the frontier our clients need to understand is not in Brazil, and because running international programs, invoicing in dollars and opening the way for clients who want to grow in the United States requires a real American entity.

Why Florida

Florida is the natural bridge between Latin America and the United States: a concentration of Latin American capital in Miami, a simple and internationally recognised corporate structure, and operational proximity to the group's clients in Brazil, Portugal and Colombia.
